What is the dress code?
Recommended attire is business casual.
What meals are included?
On Monday and Tuesday, August 1st and 2nd, both breakfast and lunch will be provided. On Wednesday, August 3rd, breakfast will be provided. Additional refreshments may be added during breaks.
I'm presenting at the conference. How do I register as a speaker?
All speakers will receive a registration discount code from ACT Staff. If you are only planning to attend your session and not any other parts of the conference, please contact ACT Staff directly.
Can non-members attend chapter or council meetings?
I'm a speaker. What AV do you provide?
ACT will provide laptops, projectors, screens, remotes and a podium with a microphone in each breakout session room. All our speakers need to do is bring their presentation on a flash drive and save them to the desktop folder prior to or immediately after the session.
Are tours and workshops included in the registration rate?
No, tours and workshops are additional activities that you can add onto your order. Stay tuned for more details on our 2022 tours and workshops.
Do you have any guest ticket options?
Yes, you can bring a guest to the Opening Reception and/or Awards Ceremony. Each guest ticket is $50 which you can add to your order when you register. If you were planning to bring a guest to other conference activities, they will need to purchase a full or single-day ticket to attend.
